OWNER / FC LEADER  

the founder of the fc, the one that will say the final word when it comes to events and any changes within the fc. They're also in charge when it comes to recruiting more staff and seeing who are the right fit for roles whilst keeping a casual and social atmosphere for everyone.

    GARDEN OFFICERS    

Garden officers are more focused with helping with personal matters within the fc, whether this is helping with crafting, workshop, garden or other tasks that need to be attended to and if the leader and secretary needs more help. the officers are in duty to be there if there is any assistance needed within the free company. whilst they don't run the events themselves, they can help with the helpers with planning and layout on what they desire to do. Activity within the fc isn't always a must but you must be around if you wish to help with things, kind of like a discord moderator of a community.This will be a form based application where you can submit and help out with our community and maybe make new potential ideas we can introduce to the fc.

    FLOWERS    

active members that desire to stay within the fc, you'll have access to the first two chests for goodies and whatnot that's left for you. you'll also be able to attend our monthly events where you can win things. This rank also allows you to be able to attend to the chocobo stables if you wish to.

    PETALS    

anyone within the fc can have a +1 alt within the fc which will be added to the petals rank to avoid confusion. This rank is available once someone becomes a flower rank.

    SECRETARY    

the backbone of the fc who will be helping with smaller tasks and is the closest with the owner, this will be with the workshop deals and potentially planning that could come up. their presence wouldn't be much for the social aspect but more for the help funding projects. They're someone that handles a lot more of the behind scenes that the leader doesn't ensuring the workload isn't overbearing.

    GARDEN HELPERS    

Garden helpers is the more social and event role where you'll be making your own events for the free company; this role is more open to any kind of member as this free company is heavily encouraged for all to run whatever content as they please as the schedule isn't a permanent and set scheme. the helpers will work closely with the officers as well as being more shown as the social and event planning. Activity is a priority as you're someone who will be providing stuff for others but don't forget this isn't a strict community and you don't have to always make an event, just being there for others is all we ask!This will be a form based application where you can submit and help out with our community and maybe make new potential ideas we can introduce to the fc .

    SPROUTS    

when you first join our fc you'll be added to the sprouts rank for you to test the waters of the fc and if you feel comfortable on staying - this also gives you a chance to meet others and see if this is the one for you. you'll be in this rank for 4 weeks before being promoted to flowers.
